Lemon Grass is an authentic Thai takeaway and delivery business in Utrecht, known for fresh ingredients, traditional flavors, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. To expand our kitchen team, we are looking for two experienced Independent Working Chefs I who share our passion for Thai food.

• Independently prepare, prepare and pass on authentic dishes.
• Guaranteeing quality, taste and presentation according to our standards.
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP and hygiene regulations.
• Professionally managing the helpers in the kitchen.
• Inventory management: ordering, receiving and checking ingredients.
• Thinking about new dishes and optimization of work processes.
