As Virtuagym continues to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious and hands‑on Recruitment Intern to join our Recruitment team. In this role, you won’t just “support” recruitment, you’ll be actively involved in the full hiring journey and make a real impact from day one.

You’ll join our Recruitment team and work closely with our Team Lead, who will coach you along the way. We’re a remote‑friendly company, but for this role we’d love to see you in our Amsterdam office around 2 days per week to stay closely connected with the team. The rest of the time, you’re free to work from home within the Netherlands. You can also work from elsewhere in Europe for a few weeks.
What you’ll do- Post jobs and manage candidates in our Recruitment system
- Screen candidates via video calls
- Schedule interviews and keep everything running smoothly
- Stay in touch with hiring managers and keep them updated
- Help promote our jobs and employer brand online
- Source and connect with potential candidates through LinkedIn
- Jump into side projects such as employer branding
- 3rd or 4th year HBO/WO student
- Proactive and take ownership
- Independent but also a team player
- Communicates easily and confidently
- Organized and can handle a fast‑paced environment
- Speaks and writes English fluently (Dutch is bonus)
- Available for 5–6 months (32–40 hours per week)
