Role DescriptionThis is a lead role within the Innovation & Enablement team, Global Communications, focused on AI enablement, channels, tooling, and measurement. On a fixed‑term contract you’ll join a global team primarily based in Amsterdam, with regional representation worldwide. The role leads the next phase: turning experimentation into embedded, scalable, and measurable impact in channels, AI tools, and ways of working.
At its core, this role is about shaping how a global company communicates—enabling and influencing the team to be more impactful and build trust in our brand.
Key Job Responsibilities and DutiesAI enablement for Global Communications Lead the shift from experimentation to embedding AI, setting direction and building what we want to achieve, where AI adds value, and how it’s implemented responsibly at scale.
Measurement & impact storytelling Understand the importance of meaningful measurement with the ability to oversee performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
Playbooks, standards & ways of working Own and implement team playbooks, frameworks, and guidance that improve consistency, quality, and efficiency across regions.
Global channel strategy Refine and influence a clear, intentional approach to how internal communication channels are used globally.
Enablement & cross‑functional influence Contribute to the Communications craft, mentor others, and build strong partnerships with tech, data, and product teams—driving alignment and progress.
We’re looking for someone who has strong digital and AI skills, ideally with some communications and change leadership.
Hands‑on exposure and build experience with AI agents, digital tooling and comms platforms.
Proven strength in change management and complex project delivery.
Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and cross‑functional partners.
Experience in global communications (corporate, internal, or platform‑led).
Comfort working with data, measurement, and performance reporting.
Experience in large, matrixed, tech‑forward organisations (Big Tech a plus).
