In the fast‑moving world of consumer electronics, smart planning is no longer just about keeping products available, it’s about building a supply chain that learns, adapts, and improves continuously.
As a Supply & Demand Planner, you step into a planning organization that is in the middle of a major transformation. Trust International is actively investing in automation, data‑driven decision‑making and AI, giving you the opportunity to shape how planning is done tomorrow. This is a role for people who don’t just follow processes, but actively improve and redesign them.

The organization
Trust is the go‑to brand for digital lifestyle accessories, known worldwide for making everyday digital life easier and more sustainable. They pride themselves on teamwork, mutual support through all challenges, and a shared passion and pride for their work.
Along with providing consumers with products they know, love, and Trust; they are also dedicated to protecting the environment by producing more sustainable products through the Clevergreen program. Their journey towards a brighter, cleaner future is well underway, and they would love for you to be a part of it!
FunctieThe Role
Behind the scenes, Trust is also evolving fast. The supply chain organization is taking clear steps toward a more future‑proof, automated and data‑driven way of working.
In this role, you operate at the crossroads of commercial ambition and operational reality. You are responsible for balancing demand, supply and inventory while actively contributing to the modernization of the planning function. This is not a “keep‑the‑lights‑on” planning role. You are encouraged to question existing ways of working, build smarter solutions and help move the organization forward.
You will:
- Create and maintain an optimal supply plan that secures availability while keeping inventories and costs under control;
- Develop and evaluate scenarios around demand volatility, promotions, risks and lead times;
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and Logistics to align plans and expectations;
- Translate commercial plans into realistic, data‑backed supply chain decisions;
- Improve planning quality and reliability through continuous improvement initiatives;
- Actively contribute to projects such as strengthening S&OP, improving master data, refining planning parameters and upgrading ways of working;
- Play an active role in automation and digitalization, for example by building or enhancing dashboards, analyses or planning tools;
- Explore how tools like Power BI, Python and AI‑based insights can support better decisions. Not as an end in itself, but to make planning smarter and more efficient.
You are given room to experiment, build and learn. If you see a better way, you are encouraged to take ownership and make it happen.
Functie-eisenRequirement
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning or a similar role;
- A curious mindset: eager to learn, explore, and take initiative;
- A strong personality: able to deal with commercial pressure and switch gears quickly;
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative attitude even when interests differ;
- Ownership mentality: you take responsibility and actively drive improvements;
- Practical, conversational Dutch (used on the work floor) and motivation to further develop your language skills;
- Affinity with data, automation, and tools such as Python or Power BI.
Experience matters, but cultural fit is decisive. If you enjoy building, improving and shaping the future of supply chain planning, you will find plenty of room to make real impact here.
AanbodWhat They Offer
