Demand Planning Excellence Lead (all genders)

As a Demand Planning Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for driving the Demand Planning maturity in our organization.

• Drive Demand Planning maturity across the organization
• Design, improve, and implement planning tools and standards
• Lead adoption of data-driven forecasting and new technologies (Anura DP / SAP S4 Hana)
• Ensure global teams effectively use planning tools and processes
• Deliver actionable insights to improve performance
• Lead and execute large-scale improvement programs
• Standardize ways of working and performance management globally
• Build capabilities through training, coaching, and best practice sharing
• Develop and maintain a strong Demand Planning Community of Practice
• Integrate Demand Planning standards into the global OWOW framework
• Foster collaboration between teams and key stakeholders
• Drive innovation and feature development in planning systems and reporting
• Shape and validate the strategic direction of Demand Planning
• Contribute to cross-functional, end-to-end supply chain initiatives
