Responsibilities- Conducting pre‑flight planning including airspace coordination, weather checks and risk analysis
- Performing UAV launch, flight and recovery in manual, assisted and autonomous modes
- Operating EO/IR and visual payload systems for surveillance and data collection
- Ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards (VLOS and BVLOS)
- Maintaining flight logs, checklists and technical documentation
- Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting and field repairs
- Collaborating with engineers, analysts and mission planners
- Supporting system improvements and operational efficiency
- Traveling internationally for missions, training and demonstrations

Working hoursThe working hours in this full‑time position are Monday to Friday during office hours (09:00 – 17:00).
Qualifications- At least three years of experience as a UAV pilot (manual and autonomous operations)
- Valid UAV certifications (A1/A3, A2 and Specific)
- Strong technical knowledge of UAV systems, avionics and telemetry
- Familiarity with European airspace regulations
- Willingness to travel internationally and stay abroad for longer periods
- Ability to work in dynamic and remote environments
- Strong communication skills and safety‑first mindset
- Fluency in English (additional languages like French, Spanish or German are a plus)
- Proven experience in surveillance or reconnaissance missions
