Organisation Effectiveness Specialist

A large international organisation operating in the fast moving consumer goods and food production sector, with a strong global footprint. The company focuses on sustainable growth, operational excellence and long term workforce health and effectiveness.

This senior specialist role focuses on designing and optimising organisational structures to support business strategy and performance. The position combines organisation design expertise, job evaluation governance and senior stakeholder advisory. It operates independently on complex, high visibility initiatives across the organisation.

• Design and redesign organisational structures aligned with business strategy and operating models
• Conduct organisational diagnostics including spans and layers, grade structures and FTE development
• Identify structural inefficiencies and clarify roles and accountabilities
• Execute and support job evaluation using recognised job evaluation frameworks
• Assess organisation proposals against design principles and HR governance standards
• Prepare materials for decision making committees and employee representation processes
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR stakeholders during transformations
• Translate complex organisational data into clear decision oriented insights
• Develop organisational health dashboards and scenario analyses
• Build organisation design capability through training, standards and playbooks

• Bachelor or Master degree in HR, organisational studies, business administration or related field
• 6 to 8 years of experience in organisation design, organisation development or HR transformation
• Solid experience with job evaluation systems and organisational governance
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in people analytics and business case development
• Advanced skills in MS Office tools
• Experience in a similar industry is a strong advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
