As a Project Manager, you will work on strategic programs aimed at sustainable aviation and energy transition. You will support and coordinate innovation projects and roadmaps, translating insights from technology, market and policy into concrete actions.
You will work in a dynamic environment in which you will work together with stakeholders such as industry partners, knowledge institutes and governments. You play an important role in developing visions, facilitating workshops and structuring complex issues surrounding sustainable aviation.

- Bringing together insights into consistent and substantiated outputs
- Completed college or university education (preferably Industrial Design Engineering or similar)
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, business development or similar (starters also possible)
- Affinity with sustainable aviation, SAF or energy transition
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Good communication skills in Dutch
- Living in the Netherlands or willing to work here
- Experience with aerospace or aviation sector
- Experience with design thinking, Agile or Scrum
- Experience with facilitating workshops and co-creation
- Affinity with storytelling and communication
