As a Working Student in Sales Operations, you will support the team in ensuring accurate sales and finance figures, smooth day-to-day operations, and reliable reporting. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on data checks, figures reconciliation, and operational support across Sales, Finance, and Ad Operations.
Your Responsibilities
Sales Figures Reconciliation & Reporting
- Support the reconciliation of sales, revenue, and campaign figures between CRM, OMS, and finance systems
- Assist in identifying discrepancies, preparing comparisons, and supporting corrective actions
- Help ensure timely, accurate, and transparent sales and finance reporting
CRM & Data Quality Support
- Maintain and update client, campaign, and pricing data in the CRM
- Support compliance with internal reporting standards and data quality guidelines
- Assist sales teams with basic CRM usage and adoption topics
Operational & System Support
- Support the tracking and follow-up of CRM and OMS tickets in collaboration with IT
- Help ensure issues are properly logged, documented, and resolved
- Assist in basic process documentation and operational improvements
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled student or recent graduate, ideally with initial experience through internships or working student roles in sales operations, business operations, media, or ad tech
- First experience or basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Strong interest in numbers, data accuracy, and reporting processes
- Good analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint
- Structured, reliable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced, international environment
- Good command of English (written and spoken); German is a strong advantage but not mandatory
Your Team
You will be part of an international team of 7/8 people spread across Europe and US. The team is a support to the local sales teams for sales operations related tasks.
