As a front office team member you are the business card of the hotel from check-in to checkout. During guests’ stay, you provide them with necessary tourist information, service with a smile and assist with any questions and/or needs they may have. You think in solutions, wear a smile and always will go above & beyond to exceed our guest expectations.
As a front office employee at Fita you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming, checking-in and checking-out of all our guests.
- Preparing the rooms on arrival by double checking the cleanliness and adding a personal touch.
- Replying to incoming emails, processing reservations and handle guests queries personally.
- Assisting your team members in other departments
- Administrating your work during the shift and building guest profiles to create good communication structure within the team.
- Available from monday till sunday
- Able to work week and weekend days between 07:00 - 15:00 (early shift & 15:00 - 23:00 (evening shift)
- Scheduling on monthly base
- You are good in English, Dutch is not necessary.
- Experience in Front Office work
- Service is second nature
