Senior Oracle ERP Business Analyst

Our client is looking for a Senior Oracle ERP Business Analyst to support business‑critical ERP processes and improvements. This role will focus on translating business needs into clear functional solutions, supporting system changes, and ensuring business processes remain effective, compliant, and well documented. The position suits someone who is confident working across business, IT, and quality teams in a fast‑paced and structured environment.

• Act as part of a global business process team supporting ERP‑related activities
• Gather and clarify business requirements for system improvements and changes
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and test scenarios
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing, including follow‑up on issues and approvals
• Work closely with stakeholders across business, IT, and quality functions
• Support projects such as system enhancements, product launches, tech transfers, and other site or global initiatives
• Contribute to change assessments and ensure the right documentation is in place
• Maintain and review work instructions and related process documentation
• Help ensure ERP changes meet compliance and validation expectations

• Strong functional experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite
• Proven background as a Business Analyst or similar ERP‑focused role
• Good understanding of end‑to‑end business processes, especially across supply chain, order flow, and finance
• Experience with functional specifications, testing, and user acceptance testing
• Familiarity with change control, compliance, and regulated working environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently and collaborate across multiple functions
