Together, we can shape the future.**Job Description:****Role Purpose:*** Correctly register and accompany trucks, ships and/or trains, perform multiple administrative and control tasks related to the loading of trucks, ships and/or trains as well as self-loading of wet and/or dry sand in order to ensure correct and smooth loading and departure of the means of transport**Responsibilities:*** Perform administrative tasks related to the loading of trucks and ships to include: Verify information on the necessary documents (loading and production planning, stocks, the loaded weight, etc.)* Carry out a visual quality control and signal the irregularities or deviations to the person in charge and/or the logistics department and/or Customer Service* Enter data (e.g. The loaded weight) into the appropriate IT system called 'Objective' as well as drawing up a corresponding report (CMR)* Complete transport documents and archiving these documents, after processing by the Sibelco logistics department* Sign up trucks and ships and/or trains, guide them to the correct loading bay/loading facility and loading them correctly* Ensure the necessary actions, including any administration, are taken to operate the loading facilities in a safe manner* Ensure the orderliness and cleanliness of the work area, the company premises as well as the loading installations* Operate the weighbridge from A-Z* Take care of welcoming visitors for the production and answering the phone**About you:*** Works with a strong focus on safety;* Has completed a secondary vocational education (MBO) or equivalent;* Has experience with ERP systems, including SAP (preferred);* Preferably has several years of work experience in a similar role within a production environment;* Works accurately and with attention to detail;* Has good knowledge of the Dutch language and basic knowledge of English.**Employee Type:**Agency/Labour HireSibelco is more than a workplace—it’s a community that encourages growth, innovation, and collaboration.
