We’re looking for Sales Assistants who share our vision, love delivering unique customer experiences, and bring energy to the team.
Your role
● Customer service: Put the customer at the centre, offering personalised advice and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
● Store management: Help maintain the store according to Meller standards, keeping the space organised, clean, and reflective of our brand identity.
● Daily operations: Support product replenishment, store maintenance, and cash register operations with accuracy.
● Teamwork: Collaborate with the Store Manager and the team, ensuring everyone gives their best in every customer interaction.
● Brand ambassador: Connect with customers, conveying the energy, authenticity, and uniqueness of Meller.
What we’re looking for
● Minimum 2 year of experience in sales or customer service in fashion.
● Passion for fashion and strong aesthetic sense.
● Ability to connect with others; friendly, approachable, and willing to help.
● Creativity and a unique style that reflects your personality.
● Team player who contributes positively to the store environment.
● Adaptable and flexible, able to work towards goals and handle changes.
● Proactive and eager to learn; ready to grow within a dynamic team.
● High level of English; a third language is a plus.
