The ScriptAs a (Demi) Chef de Partie, you’ll join our tight‑knit team of six chefs, contributing to the smooth and exquisite delivery of breakfast, lunch, and dinner in our à la carte restaurant. Working in a visibly open kitchen, you’ll bring calm professionalism, creativity, and impeccable organization, all in line with HACCP standards.
In this flexible role, you’ll support the team where you’re needed most. That means you might:
Start your day early to help deliver a beautiful breakfast service
Jump into a mid‑shift to support lunch and prepare mise‑en‑place for dinner
Work an evening shift to help execute a seamless dinner service
Assist with In‑Room Dining orders or meals for our two small meeting rooms
Contribute to tailored menus for special guest requests
Your flexibility helps keep the kitchen running smoothly, and your proactive communication ensures ingredient needs and mise‑en‑place are always on point.

Has a culinary degree from a reputable organization
Brings at least one year of experience in an (open) kitchen at a comparable establishment
Has experience with ordering, receiving, and producing fresh ingredients
Is available 3 to 5 days per week
Can work mornings, evenings, or mid‑shifts depending on the team’s needs
Is comfortable working both weekdays and weekends
Has strong skills in various cooking techniques and cuisines
Understands and applies HACCP hygiene rules
