As a Meeting & Events Organizing Specialist you are responsible for the organization, progress and finances of group reservations and the clear communication of this within the hotel. In addition, you are the main contact person for all your confirmed groups and you actively build a relationship with the guests to ensure repeated business.
Associated tasks are:
Manage all event details, including menus, floorplans, rooming lists and other logistical requirements;
Proactively offer tailored solutions to meet client needs while optimizing profitability;
Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through upselling event enhancements and cross-selling additional services and packages;
Prepare and send confirmations, proforma invoices and other essential documentation;
Maintain clear and consistent communication with client to address questions and refine event details;
Organize and conduct site visits with clients to discuss event specifics;
Ensure all client expectations are clearly documented and aligned with operational deliverables;
Work closely with other teams to streamline event planning processes and deliver exceptional client experiences;
Conduct post-event evaluations with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
