As a Senior Corporate Recruiter you are responsible for recruiting High-Tech talents in a very challenging and competitive market. In this role, you are a true Sioux ambassador and love to attract new talent to the Sioux organization. You do this by being enthusiastic about the organization and opportunities arising. Combining traditional recruitment methods with state-of-the art AI-solutions.

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations for each position and translating them into clear profiles for potential candidates.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing clear communication and feedback, addressing inquiries, and positively representing the company\'s image.
• Proactively searching for potential candidates, actively approaching them through various channels, and building relationships to attract the right talents.
• Screening resumes, conducting screening interviews, and interviews to evaluate candidates\' qualifications and suitability.
• Strengthening the company\'s employer brand by creating professional and attractive job descriptions and marketing materials.
• Building and maintaining an active talent pool of potential candidates that align with the current and future needs of the organization.

This is what you bring to the table

• You have a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field and or in Human Resource Management.
• You have 6+ years of experience in recruiting highly educated technical people.
• You have demonstrated knowledge of our job market, target audience, and competitors.
• You are up to date with the latest trends and tooling with regards to AI and online recruitment.
• You are result-driven, proactive, out-of-the box, outgoing and meticulous.
• You are people-oriented, genuinely interested in what motivates candidates, and capable of positively influencing them.
• You possess a can-do mentality and good communication skills (Dutch and English), enabling easy interaction with candidates.
