- Co-coordinating and planning all payroll activities within the team
- Processing and validating payroll mutations for the in-house payroll administration
- Acting as a point of contact for colleagues regarding (flexible) employment conditions, CAO applications, and company policies
- Working closely with departments such as Services, HR, Rewards & Benefits, and Tax
- Proactively improving payroll services by identifying optimisation opportunities and executing both large and small improvement initiatives
- An MBO or HBO level qualification, for example in HRM or Finance, supplemented with payroll certifications such as PDL or VPS
- Experience as a payroll supporter/administrator within a large, complex organisation
- Knowledge of relevant HR and payroll legislation and regulations
- Proficiency with HR systems; SAP experience is strongly preferred (SuccessFactors, HCM / ECP)
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel (formulas, filtering, sorting, etc.) and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with project-based working and a continuous-improvement mindset, with the ability to oversee and connect the full HR chain
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, striving for 100% quality and structured work
- Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement
- Proactive and improvement-driven attitude, taking initiative to optimise processes
- Strong command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken
