As a content operations administrator, you will contribute to the seamless production and delivery of professional learning products designed to enhance the quality of programmes. Your role will involve coordinating processes, managing communication with stakeholders, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of educational resources. With your organizational skills and attention to detail, you will play a key part in supporting the team’s efforts to deliver impactful learning experiences for educators worldwide.
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate: processes and meetings with professional development and curriculum development teams to align on priorities for student assessment sample collection.
- Audit: and track both existing and new student assessment samples, ensuring accurate documentation and updates.
- Manage: contracts and payments for examiners providing commentaries for student samples, maintaining clear communication regarding any changes or queries.
- Support: workshop leaders by assisting with resources and tools available in the Workshop Resource Centre (WRC).
- Perform: additional administrative tasks as required to support the team’s objectives and departmental needs.
