Job description

As Manager Supply Chain at NTS Hengelo, you provide direction and leadership to our supply chain organization. You are a member of the MT and responsible for the departments (MPS) planning, procurement, and logistics. Together with your team, you work daily on improving delivery performance, lead times, and inventory management. You set a clear course and know how to inspire the organization in a change with a healthy dose of humor, but always goal-oriented. In addition, you work closely with production, strategic procurement, NPI, and sales.

Furthermore, your tasks include:

• Developing and implementing the production logistics policy within the framework of the organizational strategy;

• As the owner of the Sales & Operations Process, you translate customer needs into efficient production planning. Here you manage KPIs such as service levels, DIO, lead times, RLIP, and CLIP;

• Developing and translating the supply chain strategy into operational excellence;

• Continuously monitoring and improving delivery reliability, lead times, costs, and inventory levels;

• Creating scalable processes and structures for the future;

• Fostering ownership, collaboration, and result orientation in the team;

• Representing Supply Chain in the MT and coordinating with other NTS sites on best practices;

• Building a strong, agile, and professional team.

Requirements

• Completed HBO/WO education, preferably in Technical Business Administration or Supply Chain Management;

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in a managerial role in a high-tech or manufacturing environment;

• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and experience with implementation is a plus;

• You can turn strategy into action and maintain an overview and eye for detail;

• Strong analytical skills, persuasiveness, and excellent communication skills;

• You think in solutions, dare to challenge the status quo, bring energy and direction;

• You are a process thinker with a keen eye for improvement potential and have demonstrable experience in change and CI management;

• You communicate effectively in both Dutch and English;

• Your strategic insight with a hands-on mentality translates long-term vision into clear, achievable actions in the short term and finally: you are a true team player.
