- You have a higher professional education (HBO) in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field
- You have experience with sales compensation, commissions, or incentives
- You are confident with Excel and BI tools
- You know sales processes and incentive models, preferably in B2B
- You work accurately and enjoy catching every detail
- You have experience with audits and controls
- You explain numbers clearly to colleagues
- Familiarity with compensation software or systems is a plus
- Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken, is required for this position
