Together, we work on meaningful client projects where your expertise matters, making use of the latest technologies, including AI tools, while supporting each other through collaboration and coaching.
In this role, you advise and support clients on improving their governance, risk and control environments in an increasingly digital and AI-enabled context. You help organizations assess risks, modernize controls, improve internal audit activities and make better use of technology in their risk management approach. You also contribute to the development of new internal tools, accelerators and AI-enabled solutions that improve the efficiency, quality and scalability of GRC and Internal Audit activities.
- Advise clients on the design, improvement and review of governance, risk management and internal control frameworks;
- Support clients in using digital capabilities for risk management, including control automation, data-driven risk management and continuous monitoring;
- Help clients implement new IT systems with controls by design, including AI-related risk and governance considerations;
- Perform and manage internal audits across operational and IT-related processes, including reporting to management and audit committees;
- Work with multidisciplinary teams across risk, cyber, data, accounting and technology to deliver end-to-end transformation.
You combine analytical thinking with a practical mindset and enjoy translating business, risk and control challenges into clear, technology-enabled solutions. You work independently, take initiative and collaborate easily with colleagues and clients in an international environment.
- A completed university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Information Management, Technology, Computer Science or a related field;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, internal audit, external audit, risk management, internal control, compliance or a related field;
- Experience with internal auditing, internal control frameworks, risk management and/or improving internal audit functions;
- A strong affinity with technology, digital transformation and/or AI;
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
