The Role

As a motivated BI & Data Analyst you will support our Customer Care team by developing reports, performing data analysis, and generating insights across key service areas such as warranty, repair service, technical service, contact center, spare parts & accessories, and customer surveys, and other related after sales data.

The role is responsible for building and maintaining Power BI reports, using DAX for calculations and data modeling, and leveraging basic SQL for data preparation and validation. In addition to reporting, the role focuses on applying analytical and statistical methods to understand performance, identify trends, and support data‑driven decision‑making.

The position works closely with Customer Care and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy, and deliver clear, actionable insights.

This is what you will do:

• Proven hands‑on experience with Power BI, including end‑to‑end dashboard development, data modeling, and report delivery in a business environment.
• Good knowledge of DAX for calculations and metrics.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation, advanced Excel skills for data analysis and validation.
• Basic understanding of data analysis tools and languages such Python, or R is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Understanding of statistical concepts & familiarity with analytical methodologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into reporting and analysis.
• Clear communication of insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in BI, reporting, or data analysis roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, DAX, and Excel; basic SQL required.
• Exposure to Python or advanced analytics is a plus.
• Passion for data analytics and eager to follow industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
