Reach Truck Licenced Warehouse Operative – Picking and Packing

Airbox Fulfilment has just opened its first warehouse in Zoetermeer, NL. We already operate three warehouses in the United Kingdom and are now looking for new team members to help us grow our business in Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a fast-growing company and grow with us.

This role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract , with opportunities for succession planning into senior roles as we continue to grow our operations both in the Netherlands and internationally.

We are looking for warehouse operatives to perform various tasks within our warehouse. We manage the stock and orders for various clothing and beauty brands, so previous experience in a pick-and-pack warehouse would be beneficial. Experience using a handheld scanner would be an advantage.

For this role, we are specifically looking for a warehouse operative who holds a valid reach truck licence and has experience operating reach trucks safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Picking orders with a handheld scanner
• Dispatching orders using a computer
• Packing goods according to customer specifications
• Scanning goods into warehouse inventory
• Working at a fast pace to ensure all orders are dispatched on time
• Performing other warehouse tasks as needed
• Collaborating effectively as part of a team

All employees are also expected to contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant working environment, at all times adhering to applicable local legislation, health and safety standards, and company policies.

The salary for this position is €16,00 per hour, with overtime paid at 150% (time and a half).

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:00, including 60 minutes of break time. This amounts to 42.5 working hours per week, equating to an annual salary of €35,360 .

Holiday entitlement and allowance:

• 25 days of annual leave (based on a 5-day workweek).
• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May.
