How You Will Add Value
- Strengthening procurement support across internal teams, becoming a trusted point of contact
- Enhancing P2P processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience
- Driving continuous improvement through data‑led insights and practical changes
- Supporting supplier enablement and improving how procurement systems are used
- Shaping more consistent and effective procurement practices across regions
- Review and process requisitions in Coupa, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely PO creation
- Act as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders, advising on procurement processes and preferred suppliers
- Identify and act on opportunities to reduce costs and improve cash flow through better purchasing decisions
- Manage supplier interactions including order confirmations, delivery timelines, and issue resolution
- Support supplier onboarding and enablement within Coupa (portal, integrations, catalogue usage)
- Maintain and improve data quality across catalogues, pricing, and master data in collaboration with relevant teams
- Monitor and reduce non‑compliant spend, supporting broader procurement initiatives
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in P2P workflows, approval processes, and system usage
- Fluent English language skills
