We are looking for a Senior QA Manager who doesn’t just ensure compliance, but energises people around quality, influences across borders, and builds on strong foundations to take our quality culture to the next level.
This is a high-impact, visible role based in the Netherlands, with scope across other regions. You won’t be managing a large team – instead, you’ll lead through influence, credibility and communication, acting as the go-to quality voice for multiple stakeholders.

- You will lead the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environmental, and Information Security for the Netherlands that is harmonized with the Ascom Management System
- You will have exposure to senior leaders at the site and region, and external partners
- You will play a key role in strengthening quality in a regulated, goal-oriented environment
As Senior QA Manager, you act as the Management Representative for your region(s), ensuring compliance while actively driving engagement in continuous improvement.
- Lead, promote, and continuously improve Quality Assurance across the Netherlands
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations in a regulated environment
- Act as a trusted partner to leaders, helping embed quality into everyday actions and decisions
- Influence and guide stakeholders across functions, locations and seniority – without direct line management
- Arrange practical solutions and trainings to our QA standards, and support CAPA management
- Be involved in internal and external audits, working confidently with notified bodies
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk and raise quality maturity
- Act as a visible ambassador for Quality Assurance, motivating and engaging people to care about doing things right
You are a leader by mindset, not hierarchy.
You bring:
- Strong experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated industry (e.g. Medical devices, healthcare), familiarity with communication devices (soft- & hardware), and knowledge in Information security
- The ability to influence without authority and bring people with you
- A natural talent for clear, confident and engaging communication
- An outgoing, approachable style – people trust you and listen to you
- The confidence to challenge constructively and drive changeA big-picture perspective paired with attention to detail
- Professional language skills in Dutch (min. C1) to understand regulations and communicate
