We help engineers working within organizations of all sizes to understand millimeter-scale deformation patterns for assessing geotechnical risk earlier and more efficiently.

Team

While the SkyGeo team consists of 40 people worldwide, the Sales team which you will be joining currently has 8 people. The opportunities are enormous, and we’re looking for someone who’s eager and driven to make a big impact, loves to take initiative, and would like to further grow our business and impact together with us!

Your Role & Impact

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our go-to-market team. You will be mainly working together with our Manager, Mining, who’s meeting new customers and making deals all over the world (mainly from our office in Delft, the Netherlands). After the deal has just been made, you will be the main point of contact for these customers, further understand their needs, ensure a smooth sales process, and maintain a strong long-term relationship.

1. Assist the Business Developer with general account admin and maintaining our CRM database.
2. Draft sales orders and assist the Business Developer in closing.
3. Communicate with customers throughout the lifecycle: pre- and post-close for onboarding.
4. Follow up on leads.
5. Support the Business Developer to realize objectives and targets.
6. Attend customer meetings and assist with minutes and follow-ups to keep momentum in workflow throughout the lifecycle of the customer.
7. Keep up with the essentials of our business cases, and the SkyGeo products and services.
8. Research relevant customer markets to identify new leads and opportunities.

Your Profile

1. Exceptional technical customer service attitude.
2. Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
3. A good listener and clear concise communicator (in English).
4. A true team player and people person eager to learn.
5. 2-5 years experience in a similar role.
6. Available for 36-40 hours a week.
