Job PurposeThis role is part of our Experience & Engineering team. We combine our skills in developing future‑ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Gant, Inter Milan, bol.com and Just Eat Takeaway. We’re looking for a strategic thinker and doer, who helps clients unlock their full digital potential and build lasting success. In this role, you’ll connect business ambition with creative and technological expertise to craft multi‑year strategies that drive impact. You’ll define the vision for multiple clients, translating ambitions into bold but simple strategies, digital experiences (websites, apps, features, journeys), actionable roadmaps that guide cross‑functional teams toward meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities- Shape strategic direction and concepts through user research, insight synthesis, and smart application of frameworks
- Lead the development of digital strategies that help global brands grow, transform, and stay ahead
- Design and facilitate workshops that energize teams and unlock clarity for clients
- Own the strategic narrative, guiding clients, creatives and developers from challenge to solution
- Shape the future of our clients through vision, collaboration and execution
- Collaborate across disciplines to make sure strategy isn’t just a deck, but that it’s embedded in the work we make
- Have agency or consultancy experience and you’re ready to lead from the middle
- Are comfortable owning client relationships and guiding multi‑disciplinary project teams
- Know how to simplify the complex and communicate your thinking with confidence
- Have a strong grasp of digital: from platforms and products to brand experience and emerging tech
- Can easily switch between high‑level thinking and pragmatic execution
- Have strong analytical skills, combined with a drive for creativity and innovation
- Are collaborative, adaptable, and bring creative energy to every challenge.
- Have working proficiency in English as well as Dutch or Danish language
