The RoleThe Connected Services Rollout and Operations Expert coordinates the rollout and operational lifecycle of Zeekr connected services across European markets.
The role ensures the successful launch, activation, and stable operation of connected services in each market while maintaining clear communication with distributors and internal teams.
Working across technical, commercial, and operational functions, the role aligns internal teams, suppliers, and market stakeholders to ensure reliable delivery of connected services. This includes coordination with mobile network operators and connectivity service providers, oversight of activation processes, operational issue resolution, and support for distributor enablement.
The position focuses on coordinating and steering stakeholders rather than performing hands‑on technical implementation, while supporting program coordination activities such as rollout tracking, operational readiness, and structured reporting across markets.
Connected Services Rollout- Coordinate the rollout of connected services across European markets.
- Ensure operational readiness for market launches, including activation processes, documentation, and distributor support.
- Support market expansion by ensuring connected services are properly deployed and understood by distributors and sales teams.
- Ensure clear communication of connected service offers and subscription packages.
- Oversee the operational setup and lifecycle management of connectivity services across markets.
- Coordinate service activation processes and monitor operational performance.
- Manage connectivity‑related issues by coordinating resolution with suppliers and internal technical teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Track rollout progress, key milestones, and operational readiness across markets.
- Coordinate alignment between product, engineering, suppliers, and market organizations.
- Maintain structured reporting on rollout status, operational performance, and key issues.
- Identify risks and dependencies and support mitigation action.
- Coordinate operational activities with mobile network operators and connectivity service providers.
- Monitor connectivity service costs and support supplier coordination.
- Support distributors and markets in understanding connected services and operational processes.
- Contribute to training materials and customer‑facing documentation explaining connected services.
- Monitor connected service performance and activation success across markets.
- Act as a coordination point for complex connectivity issues raised by markets or distributors.
- Track key operational indicators such as activation success rate and service availability.
- A degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in automotive, connectivity, telecommunications, digital services, or similar industries.
- Understanding of connected vehicle ecosystems, including connectivity, cloud services, or digital platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners or suppliers.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience supporting product launches, service rollouts, or operational service management across multiple markets.
- Familiarity with telecommunications operators, connectivity providers, digital mobility services, or telematics systems is an advantage.
- Exposure to digital or subscription‑based services is beneficial.
- A structured and proactive approach to problem‑solving, with the ability to manage complexity.
- Comfort working in fast‑paced, evolving environments and coordinating across technical, commercial, and operational teams.
