Role DescriptionFor this assignment, we are seeking an External Project Manager to support the development and coordination of the company’s 3‑Year Value Creation Plan (VCP). You will consolidate market inputs, support strategic planning (cost, cash, e‑commerce initiatives), and translate analysis into decision‑ready materials for executive teams.
Responsibilities- Consolidate inputs from global and regional markets, ensuring consistent methodologies, templates, and outputs.
- Support HQ teams in building 3‑year cost and cash plans, including COGS, BMI, overheads, and cash.
- Lead the quantification of a key e‑commerce initiative, coordinating with central and market teams.
- Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and working sessions with senior stakeholders.
- Translate complex analysis into clear Excel and PowerPoint outputs for leadership.
- Act as a thought partner to group and regional leaders, challenging assumptions constructively.
- Key stakeholders include: CEO, CCO, Group CFO, FP&A, Regional Presidents & CFOs, and local GM teams.
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, transformation, or performance improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent accuracy and structure.
- High mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong facilitation and executive‑level communication skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a complex, international environment.
