Do you enjoy keeping an overview and making sure our seeds are available on time? As aGlobal Supply Planner, you play a crucial role in planning and coordinating our worldwide seed supply. You ensure we can meet future customer demand by analyzing forecasts, creating supply plans, and working closely with Sales and Product Management. You are the link between production, inventory management, and delivery.

You will join the supply team at KWS Vegetables in Andijk. Together with colleagues worldwide, you oversee the entire process: from production planning and seed production to cleaning, testing, and delivering seeds to our customers.

Review forecast availability and create supply plans.

Develop seed production plans.

Communicate to Sales and Product Management on availability in volume, timing, and quality.

Divide inventory shortages among customers or markets.

Manage license products via third parties.

Represent planning team in system and tool implementation projects, ensuring solutions fit operational needs.

Cover for other team members when needed.

Offer flexible support to maintain team performance during staff shortages.

Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in an international agribusiness environment or affinity with

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data, tools, and processes.

Experience with ERP systems and planning tools.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Fluent in Dutch & English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.

Ability to adapt to change and communicate across cultures.
