About this role

As a Strategy & Analytics Lead within our Customer Intelligence team, you will lead by translating raw data into high-impact growth initiatives. You’ll deliver groundbreaking insights that directly influence our global business strategy and help us care for our customers by proactively mitigating churn. This role is the crucial link between complex data and compelling commercial storylines, working in a diverse environment with the newest technology to drive excellence across the business.

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Build a strategic driver framework to prioritize hypotheses and determine the most impactful business insights.
• Conduct advanced data analysis using Python and Structured Query Language (SQL) to uncover customer-centric opportunities.
• Influence global strategy by translating data findings into persuasive presentations with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Break silos by collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, and local analytics.
• Explore and implement new Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive strategic topics for the business, such as the development and optimization of our Loyalty Program.

• Experience in customer analytics with a strong quantitative background in fields like Econometrics or Statistics.
• Confident leader capable of defining objectives with stakeholders and driving projects to successful results.
• In-depth technical expertise in Python and Structured Query Language (SQL) to perform independent, complex analyses.
• Exceptional communicator gifted at turning complex findings into concise narratives for stakeholders at every level.
• Curious and collaborative mindset, eager to challenge the status quo and implement innovative technologies.
