Your role in this mission: We're seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strategic vision and a strong problem‑solving mindset to help position WorkFlex as the global authority in cross‑border mobility technology. Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in leading product development and crafting the product roadmap alongside the WorkFlex founder team.

🎯 What you will do
  • Ownership: Take full responsibility for the vision, strategy, and implementation of your team’s products, ensuring a smooth transition from ideas to execution.

  • Discovery: Explore the world of our customers, understand their needs, and translate insights into actionable improvements to enhance the customer journey and drive growth.

  • Go‑to‑market alignment: Take the lead in orchestrating product launches, working with management, sales, and cross‑functional teams to achieve seamless rollouts.

  • Stakeholder management: Join the product team where coordination between business stakeholders, developers, UI/UX designers, founders, and customers is key.

  • Optimization: Leverage the latest AI technologies to continuously enhance the product, streamline internal processes, and strengthen team collaboration.

  • Design thinking: Work closely with designers to transform strategy into compelling prototypes, creating exceptional and intuitive user experiences.

  • Prioritization: Strategically prioritize initiatives based on their impact on the business and customers, guiding the team toward achieving maximum results.

⭐ What you need to succeed
  • 4+ years of proven experience in product management within the tech industry. Experience with HRIS or travel tech products is a strong plus.

  • Deep expertise in B2B SaaS, with a clear understanding of how to build scalable and impactful products for enterprise customers.

  • Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills, ensuring delivery of high‑quality solutions within agreed timelines and business objectives.

  • Customer‑centric approach with the ability to transform feedback, insights, and user behavior into product opportunities that drive measurable growth.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for innovation and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.

  • Data‑driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to use metrics and insights to guide decisions and measure success.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various audiences and technical levels.

  • Fluency in German and English is required.
