Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal support for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating relevant contracts, company policies, and other legal documents.
- Prepare after sales agreement according to needs of regions and transactions.
- Summarize potential risks of current business activities and provide advice to business managers to ensure that issues are identified and resolved and that business risk is managed appropriately.
- Liaise and cooperate with the legal team.
- Aftersales contract signature process and signed contracts archiving.
- Afterslaes contract performance management
- Other commercial-related work.
- Master of Law degree, with knowledge of European law, better with related working experience.
- 5+ years of working experience.
- Basic knowledge of Automotive industry.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Good commercial/transactional negotiation skills, particularly in cross-cultural and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese language skills.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, precise and able to multi-task effectively.
