HR Specialist

A Global leading international dairy company with a cooperative heritage spanning over 150 years. The company processes milk into a diverse range of dairy products and ingredients, offering consumers high-quality options such as milk, yogurt, condensed milk, dairy-based beverages, cheese, butter, quark, and cream.

In this assignment, you will combine project management with change management to ensure that recruitment processes, workflows, and system configurations are aligned, efficient, and user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with HR, Recruitment, IT, and other stakeholders to successfully roll out improvements and ensure smooth adoption across the organization.

• Implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors as the ATS
• Coordinating system implementations, updates, and process enhancements
• Designing and improving recruitment processes and workflows
• Developing and updating SOPs and work instructions
• Leading change management activities related to new systems and processes
• Supporting broader Talent Acquisition and HR technology projects
• Engaging with key stakeholders across HR, Recruitment, and IT

• 4–8 years of experience in ATS or HR system implementations
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS/CRM platforms
• Strong background in Talent Acquisition processes
• Experience in project management and change management
• Fluent in Dutch and English
