Role DescriptionIn this assignment, you will combine project management with change management to ensure that recruitment processes, workflows, and system configurations are aligned, efficient, and user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with HR, Recruitment, IT, and other stakeholders to successfully roll out improvements and ensure smooth adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities- Implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors as the ATS
- Coordinating system implementations, updates, and process enhancements
- Designing and improving recruitment processes and workflows
- Developing and updating SOPs and work instructions
- Leading change management activities related to new systems and processes
- Supporting broader Talent Acquisition and HR technology projects
- Engaging with key stakeholders across HR, Recruitment, and IT
- 4–8 years of experience in ATS or HR system implementations
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS/CRM platforms
- Strong background in Talent Acquisition processes
- Experience in project management and change management
- Fluent in Dutch and English
