Why this role matters

As a Senior Campaign Manager, you are the driving force behind the development, execution, and optimization of creative marketing campaigns across all our business units. You are the link between strategy and execution, translating market insights into impactful campaigns that deliver measurable business results.

This is a senior individual contributor role: you will not manage people, but you will lead campaigns, stakeholders, and outcomes.

What you will be doing

• Lead and execute data-driven marketing campaigns
• Translate insights into clear messaging, targeting, and KPIs
• Coordinate stakeholders across content, channel, and regions
• Manage multiple campaigns with strong focus and oversight
• Optimize performance through data and A/B testing
• Own campaign budgets and planning
• Present results and drive continuous improvement

Who you are

• You have 5+ years of experience in campaign management within marketing (this is essential)
• You are experienced in running multiple end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns at the same time
• You are data-driven and results-oriented, with strong experience in A/B testing & campaign optimization
• You are confident in presenting to stakeholders and can clearly communicate insights and results
• You excel in stakeholder management and collaboration across teams and regions
• You are structured, proactive, and able to maintain overview in a complex environment
• You are comfortable working in an international organization
• You are fluent in English (Dutch & German is a plus)

What you get In numbers

• A gross monthly salary between €5,000 and €6,000 based on 40 hours, depending on experience.
• Depending on personnel development and impact.

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km, with a daily maximum of 150 km.
