In this clean and climate-controlled bakery environment, you ensure that the production process runs flawlessly. You set up equipment, closely monitor the process, and make adjustments where necessary. From the initial raw materials to the final product, you are in control before it goes into the oven.
You will work with automated production lines and know how to combine technology and quality effectively. You handle minor technical issues independently and work according to clear hygiene and quality standards.
Your responsibilities as a Food Operator:
- Setting up and converting production lines;
- Monitoring and optimizing the production process;
- Checking ingredients and recipes;
- Resolving minor technical malfunctions;
- Working according to quality and hygiene standards;
- Ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
You will work in a 3-shift system (day, evening, and night) with an average shift allowance of 30%, offering variety and an attractive income.

Functie-eisenTo perform well in the role of bakery operator, you bring:
- Mbo level working and thinking ability (level 3/4);
- At least 1 year of experience as an operator;
- Experience in food production or bakery is a plus;
- Good command of Dutch or English;
- Technical insight, accuracy, and a hygienic mindset;
- Willingness to work in shifts.
