OverviewThe team
As E-Commerce Key Account Manager (E-KAM) you will be part of a team that is fully focused on our Indirect E-commerce clients. You will report to the Head of E-commerce Luxe, who reports to the Chief Growth Officer of the division. The team is dedicated to accelerating our online presence, sales and brand excellence by building and leveraging strong internal and external collaborations.
ResponsibilitiesOn E-commerce:
- Understanding the E-Commerce landscape and set up of critical KPI's
- Build and execute a profitable growth strategy with new business marketplaces
- To be the e-commerce specialist in the market (up-to-date knowledge)
- Building sustainable relationships with our customers, in an innovative way
- Monitor the customer experience and purchase path to improve consumer journey
- Explore new online business with our Luxe sales team
- Drive organizational digital & ecommerce capabilities via upskill sessions
- Strong collaboration with our international teams in Paris and other countries across Europe
On Account Management:
- Take full control to combine our and the client’s interest, to create a sustainable growth strategy and execution
- Able to use data to develop & innovate: use data to measure, anticipate, reinforce business
- Defines a yearly plan of animation to increase sales in collaboration with marketing teams and executes the action plans with excellence
- Responsible for commercial objectives and planning
- Responsible for yearly commercial negotiations
- Track and trace the sales parameters of the job (E.G. Turnover, forecasting, etc.)

Our ideal candidate has:
- Masters degree in a relevant field
- 3-6 years of relevant work experience
- Passion for e-commerce and/or digital and a strong affinity with the dynamics of FMCG and Beauty
- Marketplace experience is a pre
- The ability to effectively coordinate complex processes and a diversity of stakeholders
