As Director of Sales you are responsible for the Sales & Marketing team consisting of a Senior Sales Manager, two Sales Executives, Sales Coordinator and a Marketing Coordinator.

The corresponding gross monthly salary scale ranges from EUR 3,773.21 to EUR 4,881.05, based on full‑time employment. The starting level within the scale depends on experience.
- Responsible for the complete Sales & Marketing Team.
- Client acquisition, sales calls, sales blitzes and identifying new business.
- Participate in relevant road-shows, fairs and other relevant events.
- Responsible for account management to keep the hotel the preferred choice for all clients.
- Responsible for short and long term strategic planning.
- Work on the yearly business plan and responsible for department's budget.
- Monitor and evaluate local, national, international trends and competition to ensure offerings meet guests and clients needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and continuously explore new opportunities.
- Responsible for maximizing revenue in the most profitable way in line with the set targets.
- Ensure organization of memorable events in the hotel.
- Great language skills in English; preferably in Dutch as well.
- Pro‑active, customer focused, result driven, able to motivate the team to exceed targets.
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
- Experience leading a Sales team.
- At least two years of work experience in a similar position with a strong focus on the corporate segment and experience leading a team.
- Great computer skills and preferably PMS system knowledge (we use OPERA Cloud).
