Take the lead on the shop floor as a Production Foreman, actively working alongside your team while ensuring smooth operations, motivated colleagues, and top-quality production!

Your responsibilities include:

• Actively participating in the production process alongside your team
• Serving as the main point of contact for your team during the shift
• Monitoring the production process and intervene in case of malfunctions
• Supporting colleagues, foster teamwork, and contribute ideas for improvements

Work schedule (two-shift system):

• Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:45
• Afternoon shift: 14:45 - 23:30

Wat wij vragen

• You have previous experience working in a production environment (preferably in the food or technical industry)
• You possess technical knowledge/insight
• You have knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• You are proactive and perform well in a dynamic environment
• You have a good command of English, both spoken and written
