Logistics worker

In Hapert, North Brabant, Netherlands, we are immediately looking for a logistics employee who enjoys getting things done and wants to develop further within logistics. You will join the warehouse/logistics department of a financially healthy organization where a positive working atmosphere is highly valued.As a logistics employee, you will work in a young and energetic team. You will have a high level of independence in your work and are expected to take initiative. The role is varied and physically active, so no two days are the same. If you perform well, you will have the opportunity to secure a permanent contract.

What will you do as a logistics employee?In this role, you help ensure that all warehouse operations run smoothly. Your daily tasks include:

• Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift or EPT;
• Receiving and checking incoming goods;
• Picking orders and preparing them for shipment;
• Internal transport of goods within the warehouse;
• Stacking and repacking goods onto pallets;
• Scanning and processing goods in the system.

You work accurately and keep an overview of your tasks. You switch easily between different activities and work independently. The workload is steady and fits within a structured and well-organized process.
Working HoursYou will work in staggered day shifts. Working hours vary between 07:00 and 21:00, giving you a flexible and varied schedule throughout the month.

RequirementsWhat do you bring as a logistics employee?

• You speak good English (this is essential);
• You have at least 1 year of experience in logistics;
• You are flexible regarding working hours;
• You work independently and take initiative;
• You are physically fit and enjoy hands-on work;
• Experience with a reach truck or a valid certificate is a plus and very welcome.
