  • Contribute to the development and implementation of funding and donation strategies in line with organizational priorities.
  • Support relationship management with individual donors, foundations, and other funding partners. Identify, research, and engage new potential donors and funding opportunities.
  • Monitor, manage, and optimize existing donation streams and fundraising platforms.
  • Draft, edit, and coordinate donor-facing materials, including impact updates, fundraising materials, meetings and tailored donor communications. Work closely with the Communications team to plan and produce FCA’s annual report and other major publications.
  • Support FCA at donor meetings, briefings, and events, and the organization’s presence at external fundraising and networking events.
  • Organize FCA’s response to donors’ inquiries, ensuring a high-quality donor experience.
Required qualifications | Expertise
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in communications, public relations, marketing, public administration, business administration or other related fields.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience producing high‑quality external materials.
  • Strong relationship management skills and confidence engaging with external stakeholders and donors. Experience contributing or engaging with the Effective Altruism community is a plus.
