You will be part of the Partner Flow Team, responsible for enabling smooth and reliable integrations between our platform and our partners. As we scale our new platform and onboard more partners, maintaining quality and consistency across these integrations becomes increasingly critical.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance & n8n Specialist to bring structure, ownership, and scalability to our partner integration workflows. In this fulltime role, you will combine a strong quality assurance mindset with hands-on ownership of n8n workflows that power data exchange between HubSpot and our partners.

The Unbound platform uses n8n to configure how HubSpot data is sent to partners via a growing number of workflows. As we continue to scale, maintaining and improving these workflows requires dedicated attention and a structured approach to quality. In this role, you will focus on workflow configuration, data flows, and quality processes, enabling developers to concentrate on core platform architecture while ensuring partner integrations remain reliable and scalable. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with detail, takes pride in accuracy, and is motivated to continuously learn and improve systems and processes.

• Take ownership of quality assurance processes within the Partner Flow Team, introducing structure and discipline and setting the standard.
• Perform manual testing and support existing automated testing efforts.
• Maintain and configure n8n workflows that manage data integrations between HubSpot and partners.
• Manage workflows between HubSpot and external partners.
• Monitor data flows to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify issues and proactively improve system performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Product & Tech and external stakeholders to ensure smooth integration processes.
• Document workflows, processes, and best practices to support scalability.

• Strong QA mindset, with a strong affinity for quality assurance and experience with manual and automation basics.
• Experience in API testing and data validation.
• Good understanding of data flows and integrations.
• High attention to detail and a structured, disciplined way of working.
• Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Background in workflow automation or integration platforms is a plus.
• Experience with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar is a plus.
• Experience with SQL or data handling is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Informatics, Computer Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
