Role Description:
We are looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Global Total Rewards team. In this role you will combine analytics, strategy and stakeholder management to ensure our pay practices are competitive, fair and aligned with business goals.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Design and implement compensation programs aligned with our Total Rewards objectives
Ensure pay practices help attract and retain talent while managing costs
Conduct location and cost-of-labor analyses to inform reward decisions
Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders on all compensation topics
Provide modeling, analytics and scenario planning for business leaders and HR Business Partners
Analyze industry and market trends to keep compensation competitive
Own the Benchmarking process and salary range reviews for your portfolio
Own the Job Evaluation process and the creation / maintenance of career frameworks for your portfolio as part of our Job Architecture to ensure alignment across the company
Support annual compensation review cycles
Support data‑driven decision making with concise insights and recommendations
Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of compensation workflows
Develop and maintain compensation policies and guidelines
Safeguard consistency, transparency and fairness in pay decisions
Support compensation workstreams in M&A, reorganizations or integrations
Participate in broader People / HR or business projects where compensation expertise is needed
Act as a subject matter expert for Compensation topics towards other Centers of Excellence
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in Compensation/Total Rewards or a closely related analytical HR field
Strong analytical skills
Comfortable working with external market data, salary range structures and job evaluation methodologies
Proven experience partnering with HR and business leaders on complex cases
Strong stakeholder management skills; able to challenge and influence decision makers
High attention to detail, strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
Comfortable working in an international, fast‑changing environment
