Our client is a leading technology-driven organization. As a Talent Acquisition Partner within the Tech domain, you ensure that the organization continues to grow and innovate by attracting the right talent. In this customer-focused role, you are responsible for maintaining strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, while continuously working to improve and streamline the recruitment process. With a strong focus on stakeholder management, you act as the central point of contact and are accountable for delivering an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

You are supported by specialists in sourcing and recruitment marketing, but you own the entire recruitment process and ensure it aligns with the client’s needs and the realities of the labor market. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and persuasiveness — but above all, strong knowledge of the tech market and the ability to engage with technical stakeholders at a professional level.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on role requirements and process updates.
  • Build strong, advisory relationships with client stakeholders and influence their perspectives using insights into market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
  • Proactively manage expectations and provide strategic advice to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Candidate Management

  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience by guiding candidates smoothly through the hiring process.
  • Maintain continuous communication, provide feedback, and support candidates with transparency and engagement at every stage.
  • Collaborate with sourcing specialists to ensure qualified candidates are identified and presented in a timely manner.

Process Management and Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to source, attract, and retain top talent, taking into account the specific challenges of each role and the client’s needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy intake to offer management, in line with SLAs and quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and apply lean practices to optimize efficiency.
  • Work closely with internal teams and client teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals and market conditions.

What Do You Bring?

You are well-versed in the world of IT and technology and understand what drives technical professionals. You recognize that a developer thinks differently from a network engineer, and that a security specialist has different priorities than a data analyst. With your market knowledge and strong communication skills, you know how to engage these talents and connect them with the client’s ambitions.

In addition, you bring:

  • Proven experience in recruitment within the technical or IT sector, preferably in a corporate or RPO environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the technology labor market, including trends, hard-to-fill profiles, and sourcing channels.
  • The ability to understand technical profiles and engage at a professional level with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at different organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with modern recruitment technologies (such as ATS, CRM, or data-driven dashboards).
