Functieomschrijving- Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts for assigned product categories.
- Analyze market trends, historical data, and commercial inputs to improve forecast accuracy.
- Support the S&OP cycle with high-quality reports, insights, and data validation.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Operations to align on key business assumptions.
- Track and improve key forecasting KPIs such as BIAS, forecast accuracy, and forecast stability.
- Prepare scenarios, identify risks & opportunities, and recommend data-driven actions.
- Contribute to process improvements, reporting enhancements, and system optimization.
- Experience (minimum 2 years) in demand planning, forecasting, or data analysis - within FMCG or retail.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with APS or forecasting systems is a plus.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
