As a Team Lead Content Marketing, you play a crucial role in driving online growth for our clients, from strategy to execution. You'll lead part of the content team while remaining hands‑on in high‑impact projects. We work with a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising start‑ups to fast‑growing scale‑ups, and beyond.

This job is for you if you:Have 5+ years of relevant experience in content marketing, ideally in a B2B, fast‑scaling, or agency environment.
Have at least 2 years of management experience and are comfortable leading, coaching, and developing a team in collaboration with the Head of Content.
You are currently based in The Netherlands.
You bring a growth mindset, open to feedback, focused on learning, and always looking for ways to improve and support others in doing the same.
Combine strategic thinking with a love for execution, from refining positioning and content strategies to reviewing copy or shaping thought leadership.
Take full ownership of your projects, challenging the brief, aligning with clients, and pushing for better outcomes through collaboration with the team.
Are confident owning and leading client relationships, from onboarding and strategy to reviews and roadmap planning.
Enjoy coaching and mentoring others, creating an environment where content marketers can grow and perform at their best.
You communicate clearly and proactively in Dutch and English, whether it’s with teammates, clients, or through your work, you keep things sharp, structured, and on point.
You are flexible and stay focused when things change, you adapt without losing momentum, and find smart ways to move forward.
You want to grow and make an impact, you take ownership, welcome feedback, and push yourself (and others) to raise the bar.
You bring positive energy and curiosity, you enjoy solving problems, testing ideas, and collaborating with people who care about what they do.
