Sales Executive

Overview

An international manufacturer of electronic equipment and parts is seeking a Sales Executive to expand their component business in Europe. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing clients, and driving growth across designated markets. Strong industry experience and networks are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow the client base across Europe
• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting products and solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Provide basic technical support and equipment setup (training provided)
• Stay informed about market trends and competitors to spot opportunities
• Collaborate with colleagues in Europe and Japan to improve sales strategies
• Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven sales experience of electronic components
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in Dutch or Japanese is a strong advantage
• Well-established professional network within relevant sectors
• Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills
• Exceptional negotiation abilities and talent for building long-term client relationships
• Results-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for driving sales success

Contract, Compensation and Logistics

• Contract Type: 1-year fixed term (with possibility of permanent employment)
• Salary: €70k-€85k (including year-end bonus and 8% holiday allowance) + car allowance (€400/month)
• Working Hours: Full-time
• Start Date: November 2025 (negotiable)
• Location: South Netherlands (hybrid work available – 1 day/week after probation)
• Travel Requirements: Frequent business travel across Europe
