Account Director, Creative (Dutch speaking)

This role is part of our Creative & Media team based in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Influencer Marketers, Brand & Content Strategists to Account Managers, Programmatic and Marketing Automation Consultants. Together, we blend imaginative storytelling and performance‑driven strategies with cutting‑edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients.

• Develop go-to-market strategies, new service propositions and pitches;
• Convince clients to work with DEPT®, by asking the right questions at the right time;
• Utilize your sales experience and build solid relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Drive strategic and sustainable client development and have a significant influence on the company's growth;
• Development, management and KPI‑driven planning of complex digital client projects and journeys - you will not only focus on the profitability of your budgets;
• Communicative interface between our existing clients on the one hand and our cross‑functional teams of creatives and strategists on the other;

• Experienced Account Director with at least 7 years of agency experience.
• You have a passion for digital marketing, know how to convince others with your sales talent, and have the ability to give clients the best possible advice
• Have great communication skills (verbally and written) and the ability to persuade;
• Are experienced in working on pitches;
• Are ambitious, results‑oriented and know how to plan and organize;
• Are fluent in English, and preferably also fluent in Dutch;
