You will be a valuable assetof the Global Procurement Dairy Ingredients team, and will support senior buyers with day-to-day business, within the category of Whey Derivatives. We offer you a great opportunity to look into one of the essential resources of Danone, to collaborate in a multicultural environment and to be a key part of the implementation of sourcing strategies. You will be fully involved and have real responsibilities within business processes, supplier performance’s evaluation in the manufacturing facilities, tracking implementation of corporate contracts, and generating and supporting productivity and optimization projects.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Lead and support key Business Continuity and Productivity projects, including supplier validation, reformulation initiatives, and cost‑saving activities.
• Track and monitor project progress, ensuring timely updates and clear communication to buyers, stakeholders, and management.
• Build and maintain a supplier/material database to support Procurement sustainability initiatives.
• Consolidate supplier and material information related to quality and regulatory requirements (e.g., contaminants).
• Manage spend data and analysis across 23 global supply points, including forecasting, supplier cycle analysis, and communication of results to factories.

About you

You are a Master’s student in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Industrial Engineering or another related field. You are highly motivated and proactive. You have strong communication skills and like being in touch with multiple stakeholders, internally and externally. You are a self-starter, curious, and you are not afraid to share your opinion or ask questions when needed. You have proficient knowledge of Excel that can be used for efficient data analysis, and analytical skills to transform data into useful insights. Also, you are eager to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment that continuously challenges you.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Ideally available to start in May 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
