Supply Chain Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a Supply Chain Compliance Specialist to manage import and export operations while ensuring compliance with global trade regulations. This role involves coordinating shipment activities, supporting logistics operations, and ensuring efficient and compliant product movement across international regions.

• Manage import and export shipments in collaboration with logistics teams, trade compliance departments, and customs brokers.
• Maintain accurate HTS and ECCN classifications and ensure proper documentation including COO determination.
• Support customs clearance by responding to broker requests and resolving regulatory issues.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations across regions such as EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.
• Apply Incoterms and maintain import/export records in line with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits of shipment transactions and customs brokerage activities.
• Support development and implementation of trade compliance policies, procedures, and training.
• Perform export compliance screenings and ensure correct application of BTI rulings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and IT to maintain efficient compliance systems.

• Experience in trade compliance, import/export operations, or supply chain compliance.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
